Hello,

A Anthomyiidae found in France, Zuydcoote, the August 17 2014, in dune,
Maybe a Leucophora ??

More likely to be Delia albula I think. Difficult to be sure unless more characters can be seen. There are other Delia's on continental dunes with pale grey dusting
and milky wings, so Delia albula is only a guess. Have you got this specimen?

If it is Delia albula it will have these short blunt spines on the lobes of the fifth sternite. Also no distinct prealar seta and rows of equal length setulae on the hind tibia.
