Very characteristic fly, might be a new family for me. I thought about Dryomyzidae, but it is likely to belong to another Acalyptrate family.

Eh, yes it does :)

I think this specimen is recently hatched and the head is still slightly deformed. The milky white sheen of the wings does also indigate a newly emerged fly - at least in this case, in some other families fully mature adults can have such wings.
