wings are not so dark as we can see in Melanophora roralis.

Thanks a lot!
It is indeed Melanophora roralis. In this photo is to much light. I remember this fly wings ware whole black, at an estimate.

Beware: The colouration of the wing is sexually dimorphic:
Completely black in the male (see above)
or
black with a sparkling white tip in the female
