a new try ;-) - is this Empis aemula?
The dates: 26.4.14, Meadow near Furth im Wald, Bavaria, Germany.

E. (Xanthempis) trigramma complex male. Checking thorax's chaetotaxy you can see an essential trait to say that the species is also trigramma

Why not Ingrid??? It's a trigramma (so, of course, in the trigramma complex).
