Hi,
can anyone help me identify these fly? Perhaps Dolichopodidae?
I took the photos on 17. May 2014 near Furth im Wald, Bavaria, Germany.

Yes Ingrid, right! It's a
Sciapus sp. I do have keys, but atm cannot check them.

Should be the common
Sciapus platypterus. Notice the white on the mid tarsus in the background, and the shape of the wing.
