I have no knowledge to identify, but others I've seen, I think it could be Tachinidae.

Photograph taken on July 06, 2014, in urban garden, Fuente Nueva Granada city, Spain.
Apparent size with wings, about 5 mm

Graphogaster vestita female, not rare around Granada.
I got it myself at La Zubia.
