Seems to be a Blondeliini and the eyes are very hairy, ... Lomacantha ?
Need to check this

Sorry, wrong tree.

It looked Eryciini / Goniini but the apical scutellar bristles seemed absent. BUt they are present, simply difficult to see.
There is 1 reclinate orbital bristle and it is not Eumea, since there are 4 vittae on thorax (not 5).
That makes one check for the colour of the inner brim of the calypter: strongly darkened indeed.
Thus: male Platymyia fimbriata.
