As far as I understand it is Antichaeta nigra, female.
If so, it is very rare species known for original description (1921 Poland), 1 male golotype (1935 Finland) and 1 female (1977 Russia, near S-Petersburg).
Collect more, please!!!

Two specimens have since been found in Finland, one male by me (2002, near Helsinki, a willow carr) and one specimen by Kaj Winqvist (2006 Turku, a coastal Alnus glutinosa forest).

Kahis, I suspect that you had always collected some:@
But, Dima, anyway your fly is 5-th specimen in the world!

:D Well, I have to say that it is
not an easy species to find. The two new Finnish records are from well studied sites and no amount of searching has yielded more than one specimen per site.

I'll try anyway (maybe I'll be lucky again as with
Pteromicra and
Colobaea found quite nearby).

Could you tell me, Jere, dates of collecting A.nigra in Finland?

Early June: June 2nd, June 7th. Last year I collected one male with a Malaise trap (27.5.-7.7), again from a nice Alnus glutinosa forest with pools of water and a small stream.

There are recently 3 places in northwest Germany known. The species seems to be not too rare in wet Alnus forests, flying very early (April-May). I guess it is often overlooked.

"April-May" sounds about right, since spring is about one month late in southern Finland in comparison with NW Germany.
