Thread subject: Diptera.info :: Dolichopodidae ID Belgium

hello, I need, once again, help to identify this fly, found in Voeren,Belgium on 12-06-14.
. It is a small one, about 7-8 mm.The photos are not that sharp, so , in order to help by ID, I will show you photos of three different flies, male and female (? :my amateuristic me is saying that) which appear at the same spot at nearly the same time...the tree, it is found on at all occasions, is the common hazel, near water and grassland. The fly wanders around the leafs quite nervously, occasionally bending forward to suck/eat something of the leafs' surface...

edit: it seems to be Dolichopodidae...Neurigona....or maybe Sciapus?

an impression of size and scale...the branch is about 2cm... :)

thank you, Stefan....and I know photo 4-5 are taken on another day, but to me it seemed the same species, that is why I added them for ID; If they are different I will delete from thread...
