this fly, probably empididae, I also found in Voeren,Belgium...any idea?

It is an Asilidae. A Dioctria. Hopefully somebody will be able to tell you what species. I suggest you to post in it the Asilidae-forum

It is, although the Brits would call this one D. baumhaueri because if the black topside of femora.
