Male with body 5-6 mm. What is possible to tell?
Photos from 29 May 2014 Högmyrsjön 62 N, E 17 Ångermanland, Sweden.

Not Muscidae, but Anthomyiidae, Alliopsis spec.

Probably Alliopsis silvestris Fall male which is the commonest of the related species. A definite ID would need examination of the specimen.
