Thread subject: Diptera.info :: Small Anisopodidae

Hello!

This Sylvicola (?) was rather small (4-5 mm) and had a strikingly banded abdomen. Can it be determined more closely? (Yesterday at light, Ostwestfalen/Germany.)

Most probably Sylvicola fuscatus, but identity should be checked with genitalia...

Many thanks! Sylvicola cf. fuscatus is better than Sylvicola sp.. :)
