Can this be a Parydra aquila? Seen Karlstad, mid Sweden today.

Not the same species. In fact not the same tribe - I think this is Ephydrini (it has hairs on the mouth margin, and I think I can see a plumose arista), and may be
Coenia, but there's just not enough detail for me to be sure. Tadeusz or Cranefly may recognize it straight away.
