23 April 2007, New Brunswick, Canada. Length: 3.5mm.
Think I have the family correct - Sepsidae, can it be ID'd to genus?
Dorsal surface is black shiny when viewed from above, appears grey when viewed at an angle.

Thanks Jorge. Only 4 spp. listed in the 1965 Catalog as potentially in my area:biflexuosa, neocynipsea, punctum, vicaria.

It is female of S.neocynipsea/punctum.
I'll try to ask Andrey Ozerov.

Thanks Andrey and Nikita for the identification; a new species for me.
