here's a photo of a tachinid fly I think which looks fairly distinctive. Does anyone recognised what genus it might be? There are quite a few bristles visible

I think it is Pelatachina tibialis. Sometimes the reddish leg colour is hard to see in photos.

thanks Steve. I've lightened the image and there does appear to be reddish on the hind and perhaps mid tibia visible
