Eastern England, coniferous woodland, July 2012. 7.5mm.

radial node setulose beneath

scutellum bare beneath

arista plumose

dark mid + hind femora

bow-shaped ad seta on hand tibia shorter than hind basitarsus

Reasonable conclusion?

It is somewhat similar to H. crinita too.
