Trichocera maculipennis , Trichoceridae ;)

maculipennis has orange band on abdomen. This is
T regelationis ;)

You might be right, this could be
T.regelationis, but the cross veins are a bit too clouded for
regelationis. A side view of ovipositor could help to be more precise though :)
