Platypezidae_Callomyia dives (male) is the correct name? Region Malá Fatra Terchová about altitude cca 500 m a. s. l. Thank you very much for your help. I made a photo of 17.11.2013.

Simulidae, look at the antennae, other ways they are quite similar.

Simulium male. Several subgenera have black and white markings.

This is very interesting species, it seems to be mimicking Callomyia species from Platypezidae... :)
