Hello Valter,
Looking at the ovipositor I´d say Neoitamus. But lets wait for the Maf/fly man and see what hee says...

I don't know if you mean me but i do have an opinion. It is not a Neoitamus species for the last segments of the abdomen are not part of the ovipositor but dusted "normally". Neither are the occipital bristles bent forward enough. Shape of ovipositor is unknown to me. It is similar to Machimus, cerci sticking out. But too slender and it seems to be bent upwards a bit. Cerdistus sp??????
