Is this Lonchoptera nitidifrons?
I caught it in Northern Sweden, Lycksele lappmark, Lycksele, gamplatsen 2013-06-26.
They who are interested in the history of the exploration of the Diptera so where J. W. Zetterstedt there 1832 and collected lots of diptera so it should be some type material from the same place.
I get it to nitidifrons in Handbooks for the british insects and in Die fliegen der Palaearktishen reigon to kamtshakiana
