Very probably it is Botanophila fugax female. There is a pair of quite strong presutural acrostichal setae followed by only fine postsutural ones; The strong anterior apical setae on mid tibia are distinct (though not unique to fugax.)
B. fugax is a very common species often found late in the year. It is a pity that most of the anthomyiid photos in diptera.info are females. This must be because the females sit around on leaves etc. while the males are off flying around looking for them! As you all know, female anthomyiids are often difficult to ID, even with a specimen under the microscope, photos are generally impossible as Joanna often points out.
