Hello!
I know only the central european species, so take my opinion reservedly. There may be additional, similar looking species in Spain.
#1 is definitely genus
Heliophanus (female), but I can't tell the exact species.
With #2 I'm not sure. Mostly resembles an
Icius subinermis male.
#3 is a male
Evarcha. If the photo was taken here in Germany, I would say
E. falcata, but...

No species occuring here in Germany. As I wrote... ;-). At least I recognized the genera....
