Thread subject: Diptera.info :: Small colourfull fly in Greece

Last week I found this fly on Corfu (Greece).Length about 6 mm. No idea which family or genus. Anyone?

Found a very simular species. A Tephritidae, Bactrocera oleae. Should be a male in that case. Can anyone confirm this?
