Found in river forelands river Rhine Netherlands on the shore of a small pond. Relative small fly. Muscidae ?

Anthomyiidae.
I have doubt between Hylemya variata / Hylemyza partita
Do you have a dorsal view of the thorax (acrostichals) and if possible a view on the occiput to see if there are hairs beneath the postoculars or not....

Not a proper view on the acrostichal, but ... I get the impression there are hairs between the acrostichals, Vein C seems to have dorsal setulae and I think I can see an apical pv seta on the hindtibia.....
Not convincing with these photos, but save it for now as Hylemyza partita, I will check this specimen later for you!
