Photograph taken on 25 September, 2013, in the wetlands of the Suárez Pond, Motril, Granada, Spain.
Immediate area of the Mediterranean coast.
Apparent size with wings, about 7 mm

With my poor experience of this genus, I would say
Lispe melaleuca (female).
