This morning we were harassed by this Hippoboscidae. Length body 7,5 mm, with wing 10,5 mm. I presume it is Hippobosca equina, but I am not completely sure. Can anyone confirm it? In Fauna Europaea it is said to be absent in France??

Location: Saint Gilles, Indre, France
Date: 26-09-2013

Thanks in advance for any comment,
