Thread subject: Diptera.info :: Napomyza, the Netherlands

I believe that this is a fly of the genus Napomyza but am not 100% sure. The fly was seen on 11 August in a predominantly hawthorn hedge just outside Apeldoorn, province of Gelderland, the Netherlands. Is it possible to identify it at species level?

Certainly has at least the look of N.lateralis
