Bibionidae_Bibio nigriventris (female) is the correct name? Region Malá Fatra Terchová about altitude cca 500 m a. s. l. Thank you very much for your help. I made a photo of 03.05.2013.

Antennae are too long.
SInce it is a female, I cannot give a correct ID.
