Hi,
At the moment a tiny Liriomyza (Agromyzidae) is busy with ovipositing in the leaves of our sunflowers (Helianthus annuus). I find it similar to L. pusilla that mines in Solidago. However, Helianthus is not listed among the food plants of L. pusilla, other Liriomyza species are mentioned instead. So I would like to ask Milos or another if the depicted species can be identified.
Thanks in advance, Sundew

Probably Liriomyza strigata (Meigen, 1830).
