Hi,
is this Berkshiria hungarica (Stratiomyidae)?
I fotographed this fly on 7.6.13 near Hermagor, Kärnten, Austria.

If this is correct, I will check it when at home, I envy you. This species is still missing in my collection. BTW, it is not impossible at all that you are right with the identification

Ingrid, I checked it. It is indeed B. hungarica. Do you still have the specimen????
