Female Eristalis, either E. abusivus or the more common E. arbustorum.
E. abusivus: middle tibiae either entirely pale, or at most slightly darkened at the apex; arista are almost bare.
E. arbustorum: middle tibia with strongly darkened apex; arista feathery, hairs much longer than twice the diameter of arista.
Unfortunately, both characters are not well seen in the photos, but I would consider E. abusivus possible.
