This
Meromyza was collected on July 26st 2013 in "De Kaaistoep" (Tilburg, the Netherlands).
I've not really got the hang of making proper pictures, but still hope these will help with the identification to species level.
B.T.W. The palpi are yellow.

I checked quickly the key in the Fauna Hungariae. I think that the determination of the species of this genus requires the study of its genitalia

Oops, and soon after sending my reaction, a photo of the genitalia appears

Thanks Ruud!
With Nartshuk & Andersson (2013) I end up at
Meromza mosquensis, but I'm not really convinced.
Comparing with the pictures sent by Ruud doesn't help convincing me ;)
