Ornithomya chloropus?
Found on the arm, between skin and shirt, length over all ca. 10mm. CH-Wattwil SG, 750m NN, 01.07.13

I am sorry, my mistake, I did not read ' chloropus' for some reason.
The wing venation support avicularia, not chloropus.
