Hello,
I'm almost sure this is a Hybotidae, and it looks like a very small
Platypalpus; is it ?

Tachydromiinae. Probably a
Platypalpus with a weak mid leg.

It isn't very visible, just a bit in the first picture, but there is a small spur at the apex of the mid tibia; I think it confirms your diagnose.

I'll adjust the title accordingly, and I'll offer the pictures (a bit better than those) to the gallery as the specimen looks somewhat atypical with its "weak mid leg"; that way you will be able to use them or not as you see fit.
