By comparing the photographs, I think it could be Miltogramma taeniata,
http://www.dipter...to_id=5763
http://www.dipter...to_id=5765
http://www.dipter...to_id=7855 , but I need the help of experts. I have no taxonomic expertise to identify.

Photograph taken on June 08, 2013, in the wetlands of the Suárez Pond, Motril, Granada, Spain.
Immediate area of the Mediterranean coast.
Apparent size with wings, about 10 mm

I would appreciate your help identifying this dipterous -

Very grateful for your help in identification.

I am encouraged to present other possible Miltogramma, which later I also photographed.

Kind regards from southern Spain.
