I think not Lispocephala brachialis. It could be Lispocephala mikii. ?

Photograph taken on May 19, 2013, in the wetlands of the Suárez Pond, Motril, Granada, Spain.
Immediate area of the Mediterranean coast.

It is Anthomyiid, probably Pegomya.

is also Anthomyiid, most probably conspecific to this female.
