Again I say, I'm just an amateur photographer of Diptera, but I have no knowledge to be able to identify. So I always appreciate the help of you experts let me know what I photographed.
This year, for the same dates, have returned to wetland Suárez Pond, these small flies of only about 6 mm long. By comparison with which I identified last year Paul Beuk, already in Diptera Gallery info, despite having no knowledge to identify, I think not mistaken identification.
If anything I am wrong, I welcome your corrections. :)

Photograph taken on May 15&19, 2013, in the wetlands of the Suárez Pond. Motril, Granada.

Best regards from southern Spain.
José Marín.
