Bibionidae_Dilophus febrilis(male) is the correct name? Region Malá Fatra Terchová about altitude cca 500 m a. s. l. Thank you very much for your help. I made a photo of 14.05.2013.

Since you also found the female at the same location I'd say there is little doubt, even though I cannot see the spines on the tibiae fery clearly.
