Looks like Chrysoexorista but that is a very inexact ID ... could be something close.

Eyes are hairy, so it´s not Chrysoexorista? I´ve seen metal green Phorinia from tropical Africa, so could be an option?

Chrysoexorista all have hairy eyes - well, Monty's key says they do and all of mine have hairy eyes :D
