I'd say Calliphoridae, Melinda(?).

For some reason I am still think this is a Muscid, rather than a Calliphorid. Nikita, can you explain why you think this is a Calliphorid. I think the females of Melinda should look like
this.

I thought that M curved too sharp for Eu/Dasyphora.
Gabor, may be I was wrong.

I think this fly has a distinct green shine, so it is should not be Morellia.
In Melinda the curve in vein M is not sharp, making it a Muscid-like Calliphorid (anyways I have doubts that Muscinae is far from Calliphoridae, I naively think it is closer than to some other subfamilies, particuarly Coenosiinae.). This is not the reason for my doubts. The thorax does not seem to be sufficiently broad for Melinda. But this maybe another optical illusion.
Can anyone exclude Neomyia, Dasyphora, Eudasyphora?
