We can see on the end of the processes of sternite V 3 strong spatulate setae.
There are more Delia species with those strong setae on sternite V, but I am thinking about Delia frontella (Zetterstedt).
Can I have a better look at the chaetotaxy of the mid and hindtibia. (if there maybe is an av seta on the midtibia..and how many av, ad, and pv setae on the hindtibia)

Without a good view on the genitals...Delia cf. frontella for now..
