Thread subject: Diptera.info :: Problem Suillia

It may just be my head cold that is blocking me on this one, but I can't seem to make much progress on this Suillia (from Suffolk, England). It has a bare anepisternum and anepimeron, the scutellum has a few fine hairs underneath, and the wings are hardly marked, just slight shading of cross-veins. Scutellum, antenna and genitalia pictures below. Any suggestions?

Many thanks, Andrzej. I was thrown by the reference in Withers to a long-plumose arista, and the fact that Phil's drawing of pallida surstyli are completely different. :|
