Completely lost with this cutie, I cannot even figure the family. Any help will be most welcome :)

May be Chloropid? Something like Elachiptera...

Probably too many bristles for Chloropidae. Some other acalyptrate.

It looks too dark to be
Chyromya flava, which has yellow antennae and tarsi.

it is not a C. flava but rather a
Chyromya robusta.
