With Cheilosia I would neither have an idea nor a chance but this one with its orange/red antennal segment - could it be Cheilosia pagana, a female?
Switzerland, 02.09.2012, about 430 msm, near lake of Zurich, balkony
I would be happy about correction/confirmation,
