Fly seen 19 may 2013 Southern part of the Netherlands.

plumitarsis, claviger, pseudomigrans, longitaris, brevipes
have yellow legs and ornamented fore tarsus.
I would gues it's claviger.
Grichanovs Swedish key is on the net and i think it should work in netherland
