Fly seen 18 may 2013 in limestone area Southern part of the Netherlands. Can someone help with the ID.

It is a
Dolichopus and there are relatively few in Europe with ornamented front tarsi (compared to many dozens in North America).

Which occuring few species have ornamented tarsi?
Can the ID be narrowed down?
