Cecidomyiidae_Cecidomyiidae sp. is the correct name? Region Malá Fatra Terchová about 750 m altitude. Thank you very much for your help. I made a photo of 16.07.2012.

Probably Cecidomyiidi. For reasons unclear to me the specialists in the family use supertribes.
