Thread subject: Diptera.info :: Is this Riponnensia splendens?

Found in Suffolk, UK, last August, I think it is Riponnensia splendens but would appreciate confirmation.

As nobody says anything I tell you that it is a male Riponnensia splendens to me. But I am not an expert.

Let me check my bibliography tonight to see the situation and species of Chrysogastriini in England and I will give you a definitive answer then ;)
