I wonder if it is possible to see which Myopa this is? On apple 18 May, northern Öland, southern Sweden.

I would guess pellucida (=extricata) but could be tessellatipennis.

indeed. Impossible to say which of the two species from these photos. A few weeks and we may collect them again.
