Yes, I'd go with
Estheria but I'd need to see the specimen to be able to key it confidently - it isn't an easy group and in Turkey there could be new species waiting to be described. :)
Does anyone there work on Tachinidae who can determine specimens? A Dr. Kenan Kara contacted me a few years ago and said then that he has been working on the group.

That would be very interesting, thank you. I would have to collaborate with a few others but it would be interesting to see Turkish material - it isn't an area that I am familiar with but I have been working on some specimens from that part of the world recently.
